Background
This Change Order compensates the Contractor for revisions to various items including drainage structures, metal beam guardrail, traffic signals, and temporary signs. This Change Order also adds time and corresponding additional quantity of monthly barricades for the delay due to the discovery and mitigation of the karst feature (from Change Order No. 2).
