Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on future use, expansion and lease offerings relating to Williamson County's property located 909 South Austin Avenue, Georgetown, Texas.
Background
The property at 909 South Austin Avenue, Georgetown, Texas is currently being leased by Advanced Auto Parts D/B/A Carquest Auto Parts.  The current lease will expire on June 30, 2016.  The purpose of this item is to allow the Commissioners Court to discuss future use/expansion plans and future plans relating to offering the property or a portion thereof for lease.  The current tenant has requested to extend the lease and has been informed that the county is considering all future uses of this property.

Since the lease expires June 30, 2016 and there are no additional option or extension periods under the lease, the county will be required to publicly auction, invite bids or request proposals should the county wish to lease any portion of the property to a third party.  The property consists of 5700 square feet and the tenant is currently paying $5,744.20 per month.
