Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of final plat for the Cherio Acres Subdivision - Pct 2.

Background

This is a rural, 3-lot subdivision located of US 183 and immediately adjacent to, and west of, the
Summerlyn development. There will be no new roads. Access is provided to Lots 1 and 2 by an existing
12-foot wide private asphalt drive (River Run). The preliminary plat was approved on December 16, 2014.
