Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Professional Services Agreement for the CR 111 (FM1460-SH130) project between Williamson County and Steger Bizzell relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program.  
Background
The previous contract between Williamson County and Steger Bizzell for CR 111 route/alignment studies, preliminary engineering reports, and schematic will be closed and this new contract using the updated template will be used for the full PS&E design, bidding and construction phase services.
