Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for All County Courts at Law.
Background

The line item budget of $18,000 for Court Appointed Attorneys for mental health cases for the year has been depleted.  Projected expenditures are about $40,000 and a conservative estimate is $36,000.  We will be moving $18,000 to provide a total of $36,000 for these expenditures through 9/30/15.
