Discuss and consider approving line item transfer for Emergency Medical Services.
Background
Vehicle insurance funding is based on a quote from TAC.  The quote received did not include new ambulances approved this year.   This transfer will cover the premium for the cost of the additional ambulances.  We are moving a portion of the shortage from two accounts having a surplus of funds in the vehicle insurance line item.
