Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive proposals for Parks Reservation System, RFP#15RFP114.

Background

Williamson County seeks a web based reservation/registration/reporting system that will primarily meet the needs of our Parks Department, but will also include additional County wide facilities. The online public reservation system should have (1) real time integration with Central Reservations; (2) flexibility to customize according to individual site needs, (3) point of sale capability for multiple locations; (4) accounting and reporting components for registration and fee collection, daily cash reports, refunds, adjustments, reporting and reconciliation, audit trail, etc. (5) option and flexibility to support facility and league play needs, scheduling assistance, public on line view of schedules and standings, rainout status, manager contact, etc. (6) training modules and related support for long term operations (7) capability to provide different levels of user authority within the department.
