Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an Interlocal Agreement between the Montgomery County, Texas and Williamson County for participation in a joint and cooperative purchasing program.

Background

This agreement is intended for Montgomery County to take advantage of our agreement for Merchant Credit Card Services and Williamson County to review opportunities available in Montgomery County bid contracts.
