Discuss and consider approving line item transfer for County Jail

Background

This line item transfer is being requested to provide trash receptacles for inmate cells. Previously, trash bags were utilized and it has been determined this presents safety issues. Additionally, specialized medical equipment is needed to provide required medical attention to inmates.
