Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Professional Services Agreement for Utility Coordination and Relocation Services between Williamson County and Halff Associates, Inc. relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. 
Background
The compensation cap for this contract is set at $500,000.00.  Work Authorizations will be executed on a project specific basis.  Also attached is the Utility Coordination selection process back-up for your reference.
