Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on facility use agreements for meeting space for Road & Bridge Neighborhood Road Resurfacing open houses in Pct. 2 and Pct. 3.

Background

Williamson County Road & Bridge Division is beginning communications with neighborhoods regarding their 2015 Neighborhood Road Resurfacing schedule. In order to inform residents of these affected neighborhoods of the plans for resurfacing their roads, open houses are being scheduled at locations in close proximity to their neighborhood in order to increase participation. The open houses are come and go events in the evening so that residents can come at their convenience. Two of these locations are churches, which require a signed rental agreement prior to use.
