BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:33 A.M. on TUESDAY, MARCH 18, 2014, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

	Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison

Others Present:	Hal C. Hawes, General Counsel to Williamson County Commissioners' Court
	Stan O. Springerley, Assistant General Counsel to Williamson County Commissioners' Court
	Carolyn Deibler, Deputy County Clerk

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey

Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison
Motion: To approve the Minutes of the February 18, 2014 meeting.

2. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey

Second by: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long
Motion: To approve the payment of one invoice from Bank of New York Mellon for administrative fees for debt service for the period of March 27, 2014 to March 26, 2015 in the amount of $300.00 and the quarterly payment to the Williamson Central Appraisal District (WCAD) in the amount of $2,327.75.
