Motion: To authorize the County Judge to sign a Burn Ban Order that prohibits outdoor burning for seven (7) days and, if the County Judge or Presiding Commissioner determines that the circumstances present in the unincorporated areas of Williamson County no longer create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning, the County Judge or Presiding Commissioner is further authorized to terminate the Burn Ban prior to the expiration of said seven (7) days.
