Background
This is a rural, 6-lot subdivision on the south side of Cole Drive, located west of US-183 approximately 3/4 mile north of RM 1869.  Because the existing right-of-way of Cole Drive, Red Bud Lane and Spanish Oak Lane are only 50 feet in width, an additional 5 feet of right-of-way is to be dedicated along the south, west, and north sides of these roads, respectively, to comply with the Subdivision Regulations.
