Discuss and consider approving an increase to the current line item transfer threshhold of $100

Background

Currently any line item transfers that are $100 or less do not need to go on the agenda. This policy was adopted and granted on 6/24/03 by the previous court. This increase will streamline the process as well as increase efficiencies going forward.
