Discuss and take appropriate action on the appointment of Ricky Rinderknecht to the ESD Board 10. Mr. Rinderknecht will replace Eldridge Tidwell who resigned December 31, 2013. Mr. Rinderknecht's term will be for two years through December 31, 2015.
