Discuss and consider approving splash pad operational changes in the Parks Department

Background

The 4th season of operations will soon begin at the Quarry Splash Pad located at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park. Days of operation are currently the first Saturday in May through the last Sunday in September. Due to low use patterns in early May and most of September, we request approval to adjust days of operation to open the 3rd Saturday in May (May 17 this year) through Labor Day (September 1 this year). Additionally, to be more cost effective, we also request approval to change the use fee from $1 per person to $2 per person. Finally, to help conserve water at Champion Park, we request approval to operate this splash pad Friday through Sunday only.
