Commissioners Court - Regular Session

Consider and take appropriate action on Determination Letter under the county's Habitat Conservation Plan for improvements and completion of Madrid Drive at West Sequoia Spur and authorize County Judge (or designee) to execute Participation Agreements.

The county will complete improvements to Madrid Drive from its current termination to its intersection with West Sequoia Spur, a distance of approximately 250' and comprising a project area of approximately 0.25 acre. Participation for this project under the county's habitat conservation plan is recommended as the project area is over the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone and the Edwards limestone karst zone.

The participation fee for this project will be $100.00.
