Background

To: Commisioners Court

Honorable Commissioners and County Judge,

We are requesting the Court approve this contract for extra duty employment with TxDot. This employment is for the enforcement of the Toll Road Habitual Violater law in the transportation code. Deputies will patrol the toll road attempting to catch violaters that have been deamed habitual violaters by Willaimson County Justices of the Peace and the Toll Road Commision. Hours worked for TxDot will be extra overtime for the deputy and not time spent working regular duty employment for the Constable.
