Discuss and take appropriate action on approving Professional Services Agreement between Hendrix Consulting Engineers. and Williamson County, Texas for professional Engineering services, and exemption of these services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for professional services, as set forth under Section 262.024(a) (4) of the Texas Local Government Code.

Background

This is for professional engineering services for the Pump VFD Investigation Project for the Splash Pad located at the Williamson County Southwest Regional Park at a not to exceed fee of $27,000. This fee will be hourly due to unknown scope and is based upon the hourly rates set forth in the agreement.
