Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non Departmental
Background
In conjunction with budget adoption for FY 14, the court approved $23K for the Lone Star Regional Water Authority, $12,500 of that being for membership. The membership also requires contribution towards a portion of the LSRWA budget of which needs to be paid out of a line item other than "memberships". This transfer adequately puts funding in the correct line item per the Auditor's office.
