Discuss and consider approval of public interest contract between Williamson County and Jonah Community, Inc. for disbursement of Community Recreation Facility Funding.

Background

Commissioners Court previously requested a formal contract for disbursement of Community Recreation Facility Funds. The proposed agreement will place protections such as adequate reporting and progress payments on behalf of the county with regard to grant funding. Additionally, should the project organization fail to complete, there will be a requirement that the entity reimburse the county. Furthermore, the contract incorporates the county's Facility Funding Policy into the agreement.
