BE IT REMEMBERED that at 9:05 A.M. on MONDAY, MARCH 18, 2013, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

Discuss and take appropriate action regarding interviewing candidates for the position of Constable in Precinct # 3 to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Constable Gutierrez.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED TO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 9:11 A.M. ON MONDAY, MARCH 18, 2013.

Deliberate the appointment and evaluation of the following short list of candidates for Constable Pct 3 pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074(a)(1) - Personnel Matters (to deliberate the appointment and evaluation of a public officer):

3. Robert Lloyd
4. Fred E. Churchill
5. Robert B. Goodrich

COMMISSIONERS’ COURT RECONVENED FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECESSED AT 11:35 A.M. ON MONDAY, MARCH 18, 2013.

COMMISSIONERS’ COURT RECONVENED AND RECESSED TO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 2:37 P.M. ON TUESDAY, MARCH 18, 2013.

COMMISSIONERS’ COURT RECONVENED FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 3:30 P.M. ON TUESDAY, MARCH 18, 2013.

Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the appointment of a Constable in Precinct # 3 to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Constable Gutierrez. Such term shall begin on March 20, 2013 and end on December 31, 2014.

Motion: To appoint Kevin Stofle to serve as Constable in Precinct #3 to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Constable Gutierrez, for a term beginning on March 19, 2013 and ending on December 31, 2014; (Note: candidate to run in Primary and General Election in 2014 for the remaining two-years of the term.)
