  Judge Gattis said to note in the minutes the off right-of-way plan to deposit the unsuitable roadway material from roadway rehab and maintenance in Loyd Pearson's pit on 351 County Road 210. No action was taken on this item.

Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, Wire Transfers and Electronic Payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

Judge Gattis introduced and congratulated Kevin Stofle who was appointed Constable of Precinct #3 at a Special Session of Commissioners' Court on Monday, March 18, 2013.

Commissioner Covey stated that she and Commissioner Long will travel to Albuquerque to meet with Regional Director for the United States Fish and Wildlife Service's Southwest Region Dr. Benjamin N. Tuggle and others regarding the salamander issue.
