Discuss and consider approving a line itme transfer for the 425th District Court

Background

While the 425th District Court was going through a transition, temp labor was hired. We estimated dollars needed to complete that transition and are short a minimal amount. This transfer will allow funds to be costed to the temp labor line item. Full time slots are now filled and transition is complete.
