Consider awarding secondary and tertiary vendors regarding Aggregate IFB NO 13IFB00115 - details attached.
Background

Due to the uncertainty of vendors being able to supply at any given time, it is recommended to award a secondary and tertiary vendor for this contract. In reviewing the bid tabulations from the recent IFB, it is in the best interest of the County to award Industrial Asphalt & Aggregate, LLC. as the secondary vendor and APAC Texas, Inc as the tertiary vendor considering location of vendor and haul costs.
