Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Standard Utility Agreement with Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) for utility relocation on the SH 195 Project and partial reimbursement of the relocations.

Background

PEC has existing facilities to be relocated to accommodate the roadway improvements, including relocation of 75 poles, more than 25,000 feet electric line and related appurtenances. The estimated reimbursable cost of the utility relocation is $1,152,835.82 (82.67% of the total $1,394,334.57 estimated cost). TxDOT has determined that PEC is 82.67% reimbursable and the determination letter is also attached.
