Discuss and take appropriate action regarding Supplemental Agreement 1 to the Standard Utility Agreement with Manville Water Supply Corporation (Manville WSC) for utility relocation on the CR 138 Project and reimbursement of the relocations.

Background

Manville WSC had existing facilities to be relocated to accommodate the roadway improvements and did not account for all their costs in the original agreement. The estimated reimbursable cost of the utility relocation is increased by $7,788.50 to a total of $29,788.50 and it is 100% reimbursable. The additional costs include actual inspection costs and Manville WSC internal costs which were included in the original estimate).
