Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Standard Utility Agreement with PAETEC (Windstream) for utility relocation on the IH 35 Northbound Frontage Road Project and reimbursement of the relocations.
Background
PAETEC (Windstream) has existing facilities to be relocated to accommodate the roadway improvements, including relocation of 3,020 feet of 6" bore, 3,520 feet of fiber optic cable and related appurtenances. The estimated reimbursable cost of the utility relocation is $187,324.02 and it is 100% reimbursable.
