Background

This proposed plat overlaps Lot 1 of the existing Cap Tx plat. Therefore, this is considered to be an amended plat of Lot 1 of the Cap Tx subdivision, in addition to the addition of a new Lot 3, to be collectively called McNutt Subdivision. The preliminary plat was approved by the Commissioner's Court on Decemer 4, 2012.
