Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the District Clerk Records Management Fund:

Background

In FY12 we approved funding in the District Clerk's Records Management Fund to restore official documents in the District Clerk's office that received water damage in the basement. The restoration work was completed in the same fiscal year but we only recently received a bill for services rendered. Monies approved/funded last year went back into the 386 District Clerk's Records Management Fund balance. This amendment would pull those monies back out to allow payment to the vendor.
