Discuss and take appropriate action on allocating Road District Funds to Road Projects.

Background

Northeast Round Rock Road District Balance is $468,750 (estimated) recommending that it be utilized on University Blvd project. Balance of Project coming from Road and Bridge Fund and City of Round Rock.

Southeast Road District Balance is $17,890 (estimated) recommending that it be utilized on CR 170 Project. Balance of project coming from 2006 Road Bonds.

Southwest Road District Balance is $880,800 (estimated) recommeding that it be utilized on Hero Way and Lakeline Blvd Extension. Balance of project coming from 2006 Road Bonds.

This recommendation were provided by Mike Weaver, Road Bond Project Manager and Bob Daigh, Infrastructure Director. This will zero out these funds on the ledger by September 30, 2013 and utilizes them on projects in the areas of the original districts.
