Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Williamson County Bid 12IFB00014 Back Up Generator Maintenance for Williamson County to BCI Service Group for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the contract period beginning April 17, 2013 through April 16, 2014.

Background

Per the recommendation of the Director of Williamson County Facilities, this contract will be extended for the same pricing, terms and conditions as allowed per proposal specification.
