Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Williamson County Bid 12IFB00024 Asphalt Mixes for Williamson County to Industrial Asphalt for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the contract period beginning March 20,2013 through September 18,2013.

Background

Per the recommendation of the Director of the Road and Bridge Department, this contract will be extended for the same pricing, terms and conditions as allowed per proposal specification.
