Discuss and take appropriate action on approving a modification to the Intergovernmental Services Agreement between Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Williamson County. There is no cost to the County for this modification.

Background

The purpose of this modification is to reflect the adjustment to the mileage rate in accordance with General Services Administration 2013 Mileage Reimbursement Rates.
