Consider approving an Interlocal Purchase Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Austin

Background

This Interlocal Purchase Agreement will allow Williamson County to purchase from the City of Austin’s competitively bid contracts. It will additionally allow the City of Austin to purchase from the county's competitively bid contracts.
