NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT March 18th, 2013 9:00 a.m.


		The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in special session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

		REGULAR AGENDA

	1.	Discuss and take appropriate action regarding interviewing candidates for the position of Constable in Precinct # 3 to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Constable Gutierrez. Click to View

		EXECUTIVE SESSION "The Commissioners Court for Williamson County reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultations with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations regarding Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations regarding Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations regarding Security Devices) and 551.087 (Deliberations regarding Economic Development Negotiations)."

	2.	Deliberate the appointment and evaluation of the following short list of candidates for Constable Pct 3 pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074(a)(1) - Personnel Matters (to deliberate the appointment and evaluation of a public officer): 1. Fred E. Churchill 2. Robert B. Goodrich 3. Wade A. Fowler 4. Kevin Stofle 5. Robert Lloyd

	3.	Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the appointment of a Constable in Precinct # 3 to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Constable Gutierrez. Such term shall begin on March 20, 2013 and end on December 31, 2014.
