Consider approving the use of existing salary funds to cover payment of stipends for Mobile Outreach Team members who are working extra/uncovered shifts.
Background

Due to the resignation of a Mobile Outreach Team member, there will be uncovered shifts.  The last day of this employee is March 28, 2012.  There are approximately 30 uncovered shifts between April 1st and June 30th.  The proposed rate is equal to the step/grade amount the team is currently being paid, which is $18.93 per hour or $151.44 per 8-hour shift.
