Consider approving a temporary construction easement with the Meadows of Brushy Creek Home Owners Association for the construction of a concrete fence.

Background

The Meadows of Brushy Creek Home Owners Association would like to build a concrete wall along Great Oaks Drive and O’Connor Drive. This agreement will simply give them temporary access to the county’s easement for the placement, construction, and installation of the fence, as well as equipment staging and temporary spoil storage. We are requiring that clean up of any materials, brushy, etc., be picked up within 10 days of completion of the project.

Hal Hawes had reviewed the document and it has been executed by the Chairperson of the Meadows of Brushy Creek Home Owners Association. There is no cost to the county as the HOA is providing all materials and construction. The wall is similar in size and material to other walls along Great Oaks Dr. and O’Connor and is aesthetically pleasing.
