Background
This preliminary plat was approved by the Williamson County Commissioner’s Court on August 18, 2009. However, according to Section 3.7 of the Williamson County Subdivision Regulations, “Unless the preliminary plat is followed by a final plat approval within one year, the preliminary plat lapses and the subdivision must be resubmitted for approval”.
