Discuss and consider approving K Friese & Associates, Inc. Supplemental #1 to their CR 101 (US79 to Chandler Rd.) Professional Service Agreement (PSA) to include design services for 2006 Road Bond Program projects on an as needed basis.

Background

A letter was issued to K Friese & Associates, Inc. on March 10th suspending work on the PS&E for CR 101 (US79 to Chandler Rd.). The Road Bond team is currently in negotiations with K Friese on a scope & fee for CR 108 (US79 to Limmer Loop) PS&E as well as a scope & fee for schematic only on CR 101. Both of these efforts would be authorized through work authorizations under this Professional Service Agreement (PSA). At this time an increase in the compensation cap is not being sought.
