Discuss and consider approving Dannenbaum Egnineering Company - Austin LLC Supplemental #4 to their US 183 Pass-Through Finance Program Professional Service Agreement (PSA) to allow for the execution of Supplemental #1 to Work Authorization #5.

Background

The increase in Supplemental #1 to Work Authorization #5 is due to Dannebaum expending much more effort than we originally anticipated on this project, due largely to traffic control revisions that allowed the contractor to continue working when lack of ROW or utility conflicts were an issue. There have been approximately 175 plan sheet revisions to date. There were a few plan revisions that were engineering error, and they did not bill us for those.
