Technology Services is working on an interlocal agreement and service level agreement with agencies dispatched by Williamson County Emergency Communications. This will cover in detail the services, software, hardware, financial details, and support arrangements with each agency from Technology Services. This agreement is in development and will take some time to finalize. In the interim, there are benefits to the County and citizens to allowing dispatched agencies to have access to PSTP systems. Therefore, we would like to issue the attached letter and support document. The support document details the charges for agencies using Technology Services' IT support.
Technology Services would like feedback and direction from the Court on this issue. |
