29. Comments from Commissioners.
  Judge Gattis congratulated the Sheriff's Office for passing the State Jail Standards for the 5th time.

Commissioner Covey commented that the Court will be getting an invitation for a Flag Presentation next Monday at 11:30 A.M. at the south entrance of the Courthouse on the Square.  Union State Bank adopted a segment of Fort Hood's 1st Cavalry and will be sponsoring the flag presentation with Congressman Carter in attendance.

Commissioner Long commented that on April 3rd there will be an Active Duty and Vet's Day with A & M Medical School, Camp Mabry and the city of Cedar Park. There will be booths and vendors at the Cedar Park Event Center and the troops will be invited to a Hockey game in the evening.
