Consider authorizing project transfer request for 2006 Road Bond per recommended by Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager of the following projects: Right of Way (P180) transfer $3,280,027.11 to Westinghouse Road (P157) $7,840.35, CR 214 (P169) $86,909.90, SH 195 (P149) $1,588,409.28, SH 29 Safety Improvements (P217) $1,460,028.33, Williams Drive (P183) $2,000.00, CR 104 Phase II (P210) $68,206.80. and CR 138 (P179) $66,632.45.

Background

Right of Way project was set up for the undetermined costs on right of way for various projects. Periodically, a request to transfer out right of way project to the projects for accounting purposes.
