Discuss and take appropriate action to authorize the destruction/disposal of personal property located at 117 Doak Street in Taylor Texas if said property is unable to be sold by using the competitive bid process or otherwise donate the property to a charitable organization located in Williamson County, as undertaking to sell the property would likely result in no bids or a bid price that is less than the county’s expenses required for the bid process
