The attached letter agreement was approved with TexHealth Central Texas, Inc. on June 30th, 2009. Section 3. "Effect of National Healthcare Program" allows the County to be refunded on a pro rata basis should a national healthcare program impact the capability of the program. In addition, Section 14 "Termination for Convenience" states that the County may terminate this Agreement for convenience and without cause or further liability, upon thirty (30) days written notice, without penalities being assessed. |
