With the planting of Pecan trees at Byers we have reduced the farming acreage available to Mr. Kotrola by three (3) acres. Also to avoid any potential conflict with Oncor and power pole construction we seek to remove those acres (15) from the agreement for this year. It is anticipated that the majority of those acres will be available for production next season. Mr. Kotrla’s agreement was initially approved 08/26/08 to farm 245 acres (with this amendment 227 acres) at $60 per acre plus a % of the crop. The amendment will reduce Mr. Kotrla’s amount by $1080. |
