Discuss and take appropriate action on Williamson County comments regarding proposed EPA rule setting new ground level ozone standards.
Background
On 2/23/10 the court awarded a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) contract to Oris Solutions, Inc. (Oris), to assist the county in preparing written comments in response to the Environmental Protection Agency in response to a proposed rule that would lower existing ground level ozone compliance standards. On March 9 Oris presented preliminary information regarding a review of research and associated literature. (EPA Docket ID No. EPA–HQ–OAR–2005–0172) Written comments on the proposed rule must be received by March 22, 2010.
