Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Constable Pct. #4
Background
In FY '09, the Constable Pct. #4 office ordered computer equipment that was budgeted for and received. Somehow the purchase order was closed out at the end of the year but no invoice was received until just now, nearly a year later. Pct. #4 does not have the funds to cover this expense out of their current budget. The transfer will allow for invoice payment.
